MISA PMG brings the Management Information Systems Association's officer guides and project resources into one site. Officers can browse by cluster or search for what they need, with access tied to their Core Team membership.

Officers need to find the guide, template, or deliverable that applies to their work. Those materials span several clusters and live across documents and shared folders. A useful directory has to explain where to start and respect who can access each resource. MISA PMG groups guides and resources by cluster and gives officers a shared search. Guide pages connect instructions with the relevant deliverables and Drive resources. The homepage gives returning officers shortcuts and helps new officers find their starting point. Next.js · React · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS · shadcn/ui · Convex Auth · Keystatic An Ateneo Google sign-in identifies the officer, and a Core Team membership check controls access to the guides. The server checks access before returning restricted content or search results. Keystatic lets editors update guides and resource entries through forms. Content validation checks the generated files before a deployment so the directory and its search stay consistent. The site links to restricted templates in Google Drive. Drive permissions still control the files, so officers may need separate access even after signing into the guide.
